Hardinge-Sjogren Speed Collet Chuch for L0 lathe mount  -  Uses 2J collets - VERY heavy duty unit - $255.00
Shown on my Cincinnati Hydrashift 10x36, which works, but it should be on a 12" or bigger lathe.

I don't think the cracks effect the usage at all, as it will still clamp securely. (see photos)
